Webexcep undertakes every project with commitment and begins utilizing dedicated resources from the day initial payment is received. Given the nature of our bespoke digital services, all payments made for website development, marketing, or support services are non-refundable once work is initiated.

Advance Payment Terms

• Advance payments are non-refundable, irrespective of unforeseen client circumstances or project cancellation, in alignment with our commitment of immediate resource allocation and project commencement.
• Delays arising from client-side issues do not entitle the client to any form of refund.
• Upon engagement and payment, clients accept these terms as binding.
