Purpose

To establish clear, equitable guidelines for all service engagements between Webexcep and its clients, ensuring mutual understanding while fostering successful outcomes.

Engagement Guidelines

• Website development may be executed via Shopify or WordPress, based on client preference. Monthly Shopify package charges are solely the responsibility of the client and are not covered in proposal or invoice amounts.
• All discussions regarding domain, hosting, and technical integrations will be mutually agreed upon before initiation.

Project Deliverables

• Graphics and banners exceeding the figures provided in the agreement must be supplied by the client or will be subject to additional charges.
• Increase in product listings or content volumes after scope finalization will incur extra fees.

Project Timelines

• Delivery timelines are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Free technical support is provided for 6 months and free maintenance for 1 month, as stated in the contract.

Client Responsibilities

• If the client selects the website theme, Webexcep is not liable for dissatisfaction regarding the finished appearance resulting from the chosen theme.
• Content supply is a shared responsibility and will be coordinated throughout the project.

Payments and Contracts

• Advance payments are non-refundable and signify acceptance of our formal proposal as a binding contract.
• Any amendment, cancellation, or delay from the client's side does not entitle the client to a refund.

Acceptance

Engagement with Webexcep, via project initiation or payment, constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
